Cherepovets-born athlete Yevgeniya Lalenkova grabbed silver in the 1500m race in the European Speed Skating Championships, Heerenveen, in the north of the Netherlands.

The 2021 European Speed Skating Championships took place in Heerenveen, Netherlands from 16 to 17 January 2021. Yevgeniya Lalenkova won silver in the 1500m race.

The Russian athlete finished in 1 minute, 55.49 seconds.
