Russian steelmaker Severstal started delivering reinforcing bars for a nuclear power station construction in Turkey.

Severstal started supplying ArmaNorma (A600C) reinforcing bars for the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant in Turkey.
In December 2017 Severstal shipped the first batch of reinforcing bars weighing 400 tons for the foundation of the power plant. Some 1.6 thousand tons of rebars will be delivered in early 2018.
By 2019 Severstal will have supplied 32,000 tons of metal for the Akkuyu nuclear power plant construction.
