Readiness of educational institutions of Vologda Region for the beginning of a new school year is in the highlight of a meeting of the region’s governor and teachers.
Classes in schools in the Vologda Region will begin on September 1 in the form of full-time education. Additional financial support will be provided to budget-sphere workers. Wages of teachers, doctors, employees of culture and sports spheres, rescuers and social service workers will rise by 10% starting from September 1.
The Governor has announced that classes will start in full time education format from September 1, in compliance with sanitary safety measures. All coronavirus safety requirements will be taken into account in order to protect children and teachers as much as possible
832 schools, colleges and universities across the region will re-open for the new school year on Sept. 1. Face-to-face classes for children and adults at sports, musical and art schools and other courses will also reopen.
